MK SHOPPING CENTRE

We were engaged by INTU for a demolition and alteration project to 3 large vacant retail units to form a new flagship store for Victoria Secrets. The project involves the complete stripout of two existing retail units back to CAT A shell & core under a JCT 2011 Intermediate building contract with contractors design with a 10 week period

Given the nature of the project on an extremely busy retail site, works were carried out both in and out of hours ensuring minimal disruption to the operational performance of the shopping centre with particular emphasis being placed on restricting site noise and careful scheduling of deliveries and removal or any waste.

The works were completed on time, in budget and to the clients complete satisfaction and we are looking forward to working with INTU again.
