INNS OF COURT

Originating in the 13th Century, the Chambers provide a central learning environment for trainee barristers and advocacy training; in addition to hosting prestigious banqueting events for law professionals.

Gilmartins undertake cyclical stone renovations and redecoration to the exterior facades of these impressive listed buildings. In addition to this, we regularly renovate the internal Barrister's offices as well as communal areas where the highest specification of finish is required.

This is a busy area and works were undertaken in a live occupied environment.  Scaffolding was erected during evening times to minimise disruption and we agreed a schedule that noise work was only undertaken between 8-10am, 12-2pm and 4-5pm.

We worked closely with the client to coordinate works around busy routes and walkways and to ensure that congestion around entrances and exits was kept to a minimum.
